I don't agree with the way the plan paid my claim. What can I do?

Answer:

If you are the Federal Employees' Group Life Insurance (FEGLI) Program enrollee and you filed an Option-C claim, or if you filed a claim for Living Benefits, or if you are the beneficiary and you don’t agree or understand how your claim was paid, you can contact the Office of Federal Employees' Group Life Insurance (OFEGLI) at 1-800-633-4542.
