GLOBE Welcomes Tanzania
On April 1, 1997, US Ambassador Anderson and Tanzanian Minister of
Education and Culture Kapuya signed the GLOBE Agreement making Tanzania
the 48th country to join the GLOBE Program. The signing ceremony took
place at the Ministry of Education in Dar Es Salaam, the capital of Tanzania.Training for Tanzanian teachers will take place over the summer.
We look forward to the participation of Tanzanian students and teachers in the GLOBE Program!
