Long Term Care

How can I find out what coverage I have?

Answer:

Once your application is approved and you enroll, you will receive a welcome packet which includes the effective date of your coverage, details of your program, and a Benefits Booklet. If you misplace these items, you can call Long Term Care Partners at 1-800-LTCFEDS (1-800-582-3337) for details of your coverage. You can also create an online account at www.ltcfeds.com and check on your coverage 24/7.
