Now You Can Network Through the Performance Management Clearinghouse

OPM's Performance Management Clearinghouse is now ready for your visits and input. The Clearinghouse is a new networking tool available through the Performance Management Technical Assistance Center.

The Clearinghouse gives Federal agencies an excellent opportunity to share information about performance management programs, processes, or practices that have worked well for them. These could range from an informal award program or coaching technique to a comprehensive performance management program. The Clearinghouse includes information we gather in our day-to-day contacts with our customers. However, we are seeking additional submissions from Federal agencies. We will accept submissions only from Federal employees. We do not accept anonymous submissions. All submissions must include the name of a person who can provide further information and whose name will be included in the Clearinghouse as a contact. Prior to posting data, we will let the applicable agency headquarters human resources office know we intend to publish this information.

You may submit descriptions of effective performance management programs, processes, or practices to the Clearinghouse electronically by using the submission form on the web page. We can also accept submissions by mail or fax, as long as they contain the requested information.

Give your colleagues an opportunity to share your positive performance management experiences through the Clearinghouse. The challenges you have faced, lessons you have learned, and successes you have celebrated may be helpful to others.
