GLOBE Welcomes Zagreb Teachers!
GLOBE is delighted to welcome Croatian teachers from the capital city of Zagreb as they begin their training workshop today! Following last week's training workshop of 15 teachers from Split, Croatia, 35 new GLOBE Teachers are learning the GLOBE science protocols, the learning activities related to the science measurements, and the many functions of the GLOBE Student Data Server. Croatia became a GLOBE Partner Country in April 1995 and currently two Croatian schools, Geodetska Tehnicka Skola in Zagreb and Pomorska Skola in Split, are actively reporting GLOBE data.
We are very excited about growing GLOBE participation in Croatia and welcome our new GLOBE Teachers!
