GLOBE Welcomes The Gambia!
Ndey-Isatou Njie, Executive Director of the National Environment
Agency of The Gambia, and Dr. James Baker, Administrator of the
National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, have signed an
agreement bringing The Gambia into the GLOBE Program. The Gambia,
located in Western Africa, is planning to initiate its GLOBE
activities in 15 GLOBE schools next spring.
Thirty-nine countries are now involved in GLOBE. To learn more,
