Vision

I don’t agree with the way the plan paid my claim. What can I do?

Answer:

Please review the “claims filing and disputed claims processes” section of your Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program plan brochure and follow the steps provided.

Please be advised that the FEDVIP law does not authorize OPM to review vision disputed claims.
