A 40 Gigabyte hard drive database was reviewed and 276 documents relating to Battelle Laboratories (West Jefferson) Closure Services soil remediation were retrieved.

Sixty-three boxes of information were reviewed and 121 documents were retrieved for the Nuclear Metals, Inc. facility during this data capture effort. Radiological summary data, urinalysis reports, internal dosimetry, breathing zone samples, and film badge results were retrieved.

During this data capture trip, 64 boxes of information were reviewed and 150 documents were retrieved. Bioassay data, air sampling data, personnel contamination monitoring data, air surveys, in vivo summaries, and annual dose summaries were retrieved.
