GLOBE Welcomes Costa Rican Students!
The GLOBE Program is delighted to announce that Costa Rica is becoming a
GLOBE Partner on Earth Day, April 22, 1996. Costa Rican Minister of the
Environment and Energy, Rene Castro, and Minister of Education, Eduardo Doryan,
are signing the GLOBE Agreement with U.S. Ambassador Peter Jon deVos at Liseo de Hatillo,
a GLOBE School in San Jose. Congratulations to Costa Rica!
