Occupation: Garcia is known to have a commercial drivers license and owns a tractor. He may be involved in trucking, shipping, or hauling trailers.
Scars and Marks: Garcia has a tattoo on his chest of a five-point crown between two ribbons. The top ribbon reads "Sawyer" and the bottom ribbon reads "Nation." The crown has an "L" on the left side and a "K" on the right side. Also, he has the letters "LKN" on his back written in Old English script.
Remarks: Garcia has connections to Texas, and may have travelled to Mexico. He may have grown a goatee.

CAUTION

On September 24, 2008, the FBI conducted a large-scale takedown operation targeting the leadership of the Almighty Latin King Nation street gang in the Chicago, Illinois, area. The majority of arrests were based on warrants issued for drug and weapons charges. A few subjects avoided arrest during the operation and remain fugitives, including Vicente Garcia. A federal arrest warrant was issued for Garcia on September 22, 2008, in the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, after he was charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine.

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading directly to the arrest of Vicente Garcia.
