Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden (RSABG) is a unique living museum of native Californian flora. Located at an elevation of 1,350 feet on the outwash plain of the San Gabriel Mountains, visitors enjoy strolling the meandering pathways. The Garden's 86 acre natural setting offers panoramic views of the mountain range throughout the year.

The Garden houses a large collection of Manzanitas that flower from late November through early March. Throughout the peak blooming season of March and April, spring wildflowers, perennials, and shrubs bloom in waves of riotous color. Be sure to see the collection of California Wild Lilacs (Ceanothus) in incredibly profuse early spring flower! Summer and fall months provide a more subtle color and texture to the Botanic Garden when native fruit and seed ripen.

Self guided interpretive brochures are available at the California Garden Shop and enable visitors to fully enjoy the three distinct areas of the Botanic Garden: Indian Hill Mesa, the East Alluvial Gardens, and the Plant Communities.
