Incompatible Browsers

The following browsers are known to be incompatible for accessing the TSP account information on the secure side of the TSP Web site. We recommend that you check with your system administrator or your internet service provider on how to use a different Web browser to access your TSP account information.

Browser Developer	Version	Browser Incompatibility Issue with TSP Account Access
Web-TV	2.5	It does not set the "HTTP-Referrer" field properly. Versions that are TSP compatible include: 2.5.5, 2.5.7, and 3.0.
Netscape	6.1	It does not set the "HTTP-Referrer" field properly. Versions that are TSP compatible include: 4.08, 4.7x; 6.0, 6.01, 6.2; 7.0, 7.02, 7.1.

Click here to try accessing the TSP Account Login page with your current browser. If your browser is not compatible, you will receive the TSP Account Access Security Error #5, Invalid Linkage to Account Access page. If this browser communication problem persists with your current browser, we recommend that you or your system administrator try one of the following:

downloading and installing a different "version/release" of your favorite Web browser, or
downloading and installing a different type of Web browser (e.g., Netscape, Microsoft Internet Explorer, etc.), or
accessing the Login page using a different computer workstation and browser setup, or
accessing the Login page using a different Internet Service Provider connection.
