The Housing Voucher Financial Management and Operations Division
is responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating policies,
standards and procedures for the administration of tenant-based
housing voucher programs. The Division develops and supplies training
and technical assistance, and produces regulations and guidance
for monitoring and improving the delivery of public housing voucher
programs. The Division is also responsible for the Section Eight
Management Assessment Program (SEMAP) and near troubled PHAs.
