University Partnerships

During 2007, the FDIC is implementing a pilot program wherein the FDIC will form three-way partnerships with universities and colleges that specialize in minority enrollments and with select MDIs. The intent of these partnerships is to support the MDI community and provide the participating institutions with access to the college recruitment process and improve their visibility at the college level. This exposure will encourage a more knowledgeable consumer base for the MDI community. Participation in the program will require a periodic time commitment of both the MDI and FDIC at the university or college and this will be negotiated as part of the partnership agreement As the pilot program is implemented throughout 2007, please revisit this page for additional updates on the program.

If you are an MDI and would like to explore the possibility of partnering with the FDIC and college or university please contact your Regional MDI Coordinator.
