Proposition 46 Housing Programs

CalHome: Check with your to local public agencies and nonprofits about these funds for local homeownership programs. There are development grants and loans available through California Housing and Community Development (HCD.)

Building Equity and Growth in Neighborhoods (BEGIN): Ask your local public agencies about these funds for affordable housing and downpayment assistance for low and moderate income homebuyers.
