Post Judgement Interest Rate 2001

The most recent auction of 52-week Treasury bills was held on November 28, 2000. This notice is distributed to the courts in conformance with 28 U.S.C., § 1961 and 40 U.S.C., § 258(e)(1). The price accepted for bills auctioned on that day, according to the Treasury public notice, resulted in an equivalent coupon issue yield of 6.052 percent. This rate will be applied to judgments of the courts affected by the provisions of 28 U.S.C., § 1961 and 40 U.S.C., § 258(e)(1), 18 USC 3612 (f)(2) and calculated in the manner prescribed therein.
