THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 02 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR FORD F 450 OR EQUIVALENT MAKE MODEL. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued.

The purpose of this amendment is to provide techinal questions with answers. Please see the attached word document of this modification with the list of technical questions and answers.

The due date for receipt of offers October 14,2008.
