Tour of the FDA

A web-based training "Tour of the FDA" is now available on EduNeering’s ComplianceWire web site. It is an introductory lesson intended as an orientation tool to help new employees understand the form and function of the FDA. The course covers FDA’s public health mission, how the agency is organized to carry it out, the work of FDA’s product centers, how the agency enforces its regulations, and how FDA’s labeling requirements help health care professionals as well as consumers make informed, and therefore, better decisions about the use of regulated products. This course is available to any interested computer user.

BEFORE you tour the FDA, go to the Recommended System Requirements page for directions to install the Shockwave plug-in. You need this free browser plug-in to view courses on EduNeering’s ComplianceWire.
