This training was designed to improve the quality and uniformity of seafood product inspections by addressing a number of specific issues that have been identified following the implementation of the Seafood HACCP Regulation.

After viewing this program, participants will be able to:

Target Audience:

Site Coordinators: FDA Public Affairs Specialists will host FDA sites and assist in facilitation of local exercises.

Broadcast Materials: Site Coordinators—visit our website (under construction) a couple days prior and print broadcast materials for your viewers (e.g., sign-in sheet; PPT handouts; site exercises; evaluation; and registration form if contact hours are requested by viewer). After broadcast, please return completed forms as indicated in website.

 

How to View the Broadcast:
