OPM Deputy Director to Address Pay Reform Before the House Subcommittee on Civil Service and Agency Organization


Washington, D.C. – On Tuesday, April 1, the Deputy Director of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, Dan Blair, will address the need for an updated pay system for federal employees.

During his testimony, Blair also will discuss President George W. Bush’s commitment to award high-performing employees and his plans to create a pay system that is adaptable and fair.
