Subject: Proof of Filing Citation for Approved Postdeparture Filers

the Automated Export System (AES). As specified in the FTR, Subpart A,

properly annotate the bill of lading, air waybill, or other commercial
loading documents with the proof of filing citation. In addition you
may refer to Appendix D to part 30 for examples. Refer to the following
examples for the correct AES Postdeparture Filing citation for Postdeparture
         shipments.
