Overview
If you want to learn the basic principles, tools and techniques of successful project managers, this seminar will provide an excellent foundation for effective project management.
The Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
will serve as your guide to key project management terminology and process descriptions. You will learn key concepts in project planning and implementation and practice using them with the assistance of expert facilitators. You will also become familiar with the classic project management framework and learn to plan and manage projects more effectively. A brief online quiz taken before and after the seminar will assess your progress and help to focus your coursework.
