The Liquor Control Division is committed to providing quality electronic services to agency store owners, liquor licensees and the general public in an effort to ensure accurate, confidential, secure and cost effective processing of information and payments.

Access and Manage Accounts Online

On-line access is offered through Taxpayer Access Point (TAP), a free electronic service for accessing account information, filing and amending tax returns, filing liquor license renewals as well as, updating and managing accounts. If you are already registered on TAP, simply click on the link below to access your account type.

  1. the account type you wish to access
  2. the specific Account ID provided to you in department documentation
  3. The zip code used for the account typr you will be accessing.

Pay Taxes Through Business Tax Express

Business Tax Express (BTE) is a free on-line payment program. Currently, only the following Alcoholic Beverage Account types are available to pay online:

  • Wine Tax (WIT)
  • Beer and Hard Cider Tax (BET)
  • Agency Liquor Stores
