Den HOC - Initial, Intermediate & Final Inspections

 Information by State
 Print version

Effective 10/23/2001, the Denver Homeownership Center (HOC) no longer requires approval of local municipalities prior to acceptance of their new construction inspections. Rather, if the municipalities adhere to Mortgagee Letter 01-27 requirements and issue both a Building Permit, or equivalent, and a Certificate of Occupancy (CO), or equivalent, HUD FHA will accept the CO as evidence required inspections were made. The lists that follow this page will be retained For FHA cases in the pipeline and then deleted.
