Program
The following policy documents include public law, NRC Commission's Staff
Requirements Memorandum (SRM), and staff responses in several Secretary of
the Commission (SECY) Papers that resulted in development of and improvements
to the GIP to ensure comprehensive, timely, and effective resolution of GIs.
The following procedural documents include the governing GIP procedures and
instructions that provide staff guidance and process flow associated with
performing GIP activities.
