UMLS® Webcasts

• Goal

The UMLS Webcasts give users the opportunity to learn more about the diverse products that make up the UMLS. Each Webcast is a 20-30 minute presentation, followed by a question-and-answer session.

• Interface

NLM uses Adobe Connect® for Webcasting. The Adobe Flash Player plug-in for your web browser is required. This comes standard with most browser installations, but can be downloaded for free at http://www.adobe.com/. Captioning will be provided.

• Attendance

You will receive an email the day before the Webcast containing the URL for the Webcast. Please enter the meeting room as 'Guest'. You will be able to ask questions via the chat window.

Upcoming UMLS Webcasts

All Webcasts will begin at 2pm ET unless otherwise indicated. Attendance is limited for each Webcast.
