The buzz that was going around town was that the Basin link would be going through Butler's and the KwikSave (yes that long ago). When the Factory Shop took over, again word had it that it was on an understanding that it would be a temporary measure until the site was cleared. Like so much word-of-mouth I'm not saying it was accurate, but that was the consensus 'understanding' at the time.

Let's use a different mechanism - I have a group of people using a set of machinery and they make 20 items in a single period.
