Licensee's General Comments: The revised MS06 data reflects the change of a 2004 Emergency Diesel Generator (EDG) failure from a start failure to a run failure, prompted by an NRC review. The revised MS08 data reflects a plus 52.86 hour change in July 2007 unavailability hours made to the Reactor Core Isolation Cooling (RCIC) system. Neither change impacted the color of the indicator.
