Parking at the NIH Campus

Due to increased security on the NIH campus, very few entrances are open; therefore, we encourage you to use public transportation.

For those who must drive, there is no free visitor parking on the NIH Campus. Space is limited and parking regulations are strictly enforced. Attended visitor parking is $2.00 per hour (maximum $12.00 per day).

The NIH Campus may be reached by the Metro subway. Take the Red Line to the Medical Center stop. Take the campus shuttle (the last sign in the string of bus stops at the top of the Metro escalator) to Building 10--Clinical Center. It is about a 10-15 minute walk from the Medical Center stop to Building 10. For more information, see NIH Visitor Information.
