The Region 9 Education Service Center, located in Wichita Falls, Texas, provides consulting services to North Texas area school districts to help improve student performance and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of local school operations. Region 9 includes 39 public and 1 charter schools covering 10,634.5 square miles and 12 counties. Region 9 will undertake recruitment and training efforts for schools in their service area.
