This GLOBE Partnership is a member of the Texas Regional Collaboratives For Excellence in Science Teaching which is an award-winning statewide network of K-16 partnerships consisting of 35 Regional Collaboratives serving over 130 counties in Texas. Counties served by Region VII Education Service Center include: Anderson, Angelina, Cherokee, Gregg, Harrison, Henderson, Nacogdoches, Rains, Rusk, Sabine, San Augustine, Shelby, Smith, Panola, Upshur, Van Zandt and Wood. The main thrust for GLOBE Program implementation will be working with Science teachers in Grades 6 - 8.
