Accountability Committee

The Human Resources Management Council Committee on HRM Accountability was originally formed in the Summer of 1996 as an interagency advisory group committee. Its main objective is to provide a forum for information exchange among agencies regarding self-assessment programs and systems, promote information sharing through electronic means, and explore ways to further involve and educate line managers regarding Human Resources Management accountability and the Merit System Principles. The Committee convenes quarterly and is composed of representatives designated by approximately 60 Federal agencies. For information on the Committee send email to effectiveness@opm.gov. You may also contact us by phone at (202) 606-2820 or by fax at (202) 606-3577.
