• New Physical Activity Guidelines
  The Federal Government has issued its first-ever Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans. They describe the types and amounts of physical activity that offer substantial health benefits to Americans. • Health and Wellness Section of OPM's Work/Life Website Updated
  Information and resources for Federal agency Health and Wellness staff has been relocated from the HealthierFeds website to the Work/Life website. Resources such as the Employee Health Services Handbook and links to important tools are now integrated with Health and Wellness on a "Federal Worksite Wellness" page.

  We are accepting nominations for our HealthierFeds Leader Spotlight. Federal employees at every level are eligible. Visit the HealthierFeds website to read about current and past leaders, and to find out how to nominate someone in your agency.
