HUD supports the development, rehabilitation and maintenance of multiple-unit affordable housing through FHA mortgage insurance programs. We provide capital grants to non-profits for the construction and support of affordable housing for the elderly and persons with disabilities.

The Caribbean Program Center serves multifamily clients in Puerto Rico and the U. S. Virgin Islands.
