Subject: SBAR Panel for Non-Road Spark-Ignition Engines/Equipment
Dear Mr. Cristofaro:
I have received your letter of May 24, 2006 regarding the Small Business Advocacy Review Panel (Panel) for the proposed Clean Air Act Control of Emissions from Nonroad Spark-Ignition Engines and Equipment (NRSI). We received the formal notification electronically on May 26, 2006.
Advocacy generally concurs with the preliminary list of Small Entity Representatives (SERs) that EPA has identified for the Panel process. Advocacy believes that the following additional SERs also need to be included in this Panel:
James McNew
Outdoor Power Equipment Institute
(703) 549-7601
George Kraemer
Kracor
(414) 355-6335
Richard Rowe
Indmar Products
(901) 353-9930
Robert Porter
INCA Molded Products
(615) 350-7290
Bill Shields
Trident Rubber Inc.
(724) 745-9311
We understand that EPA would like to have a pre-Panel meeting with the SERs in June 2006 and convene the Panel the following month. We look forward to working with you through this process.
Sincerely,
/s/ ____________________
