The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Hardware/Software Branch, Software Section, (DITCO/PL8321), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source contract to Ping Identity Corporation, 1099 18th Street, Suite 2950, Denver, CO 80202. This acquisition is for a the procurement of Ping Identity software license and maintenance. This is in support of the Air Force SAF/XC development system located at Gunter AFB, AL. Ping Identity Corporation has proprietary rights to the software code for the SOA Mangament products associated with this requirement and is the only known source that can provide this maintenance support. No other vendor or distributor can legally obtain access to the software and no other vendor can make duplicate copies since it is protected by copyright and patent laws. The Period of Performance is a One-Year from date of award. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
