Figure 8.9 is titled "Past Year Treatment for Mental Health Problems among Youths Aged 12 to 17, by Age and Gender: 2003." It is a bar graph, where the horizontal axis represents age group and the vertical axis represents the percentage receiving treatment in the past year. Within each of the three age categories, there is a bar for male and a bar for female.

The percentage of 12 to 17 year olds receiving treatment in the past year for mental health problems was 19.0% for males and 22.4% for females.
The percentage of 12 and 13 year olds receiving treatment in the past year for mental health problems was 20.3% for males and 20.8% for females.
The percentage of 14 and 15 year olds receiving treatment in the past year for mental health problems was 19.6% for males, and 23.7% for females.
The percentage of 16 and 17 year olds receiving treatment in the past year for mental health problems was 17.0% for males and 22.5% for females.
