Figure 2.7 is titled "Past Month Use of Ecstasy and Nonmedical Use of Pain Relievers among Young Adults Aged 18 to 25: 2002 and 2003." It is a bar graph, with the following note below the graph: "Statistically significant differences (at 0.05 level) between 2002 and 2003 are denoted by '+.'" The horizontal axis of the graph represents type of drug, and the vertical axis represents the percentage using in the past month. There are two types of drugs: Ecstasy and Nonmedical use of Pain Relievers. Within each of the two drug types there is a bar for 2002 and a bar for 2003. For each drug and year combination, the percentage with past month use among persons aged 18 to 25 is as follows:

The percentage using Ecstasy in the past month was 1.1% in 2002 and 0.7% in 2003. This is a significant difference at the 0.05 level.
The percentage using nonmedical pain relievers in the past month was 4.1% in 2002 and 4.7% in 2003. This is a significant difference at the 0.05 level.
