Figure 2.2 is titled "Past Month Use of Selected Illicit Drugs among Persons Aged 12 or Older: 2002 and 2003." It is a bar graph, with the following note below the graph: "Statistically significant differences (at 0.05 level) between 2002 and 2003 are denoted by '+.'" The horizontal axis of the graph represents types of illicit drug and the vertical axis represents the percentage using in the past month. There are six types of drugs listed: Any Drug, Marijuana, Psychotherapeutics, Cocaine, Hallucinogens, and Inhalants. Within each drug type there is a bar for 2002 and a bar for 2003. For each drug type and year combination, the percentage with past month use among persons aged 12 or older is as follows:

The percentage with past month use of any drug was 8.3% in 2002 and 8.2% in 2003.
The percentage with past month use of marijuana was 6.2% in both 2002 and 2003.
The percentage with past month use of psychotherapeutics was 2.6% in 2002 and 2.7% in 2003.
The percentage with past month use of cocaine was 0.9% in 2002 and 1.0% in 2003.
The percentage with past month use of hallucinogens was 0.5% in 2002 and 0.4% in 2003.
The percentage with past month use of inhalants was 0.3% in 2002 and 0.2% in 2003.

None of the differences between 2002 and 2003 were significant at the 0.05 level.
