to workforce training, instituted a new training management
structure, and adapted training to help the FBI meet changing
threats.

the Training Division to form the Training and Development
Division, and created the Office of Training Development
to focus on developmental training for on-board employees

Virtual Academy enables FBI personnel to access a wide
range of training from their desktop
