On Friday, January 16, 2009, Judge Squires will be holding court in Room 2011 instead of Room 4016 on this date only.
Renoticing/Amending any current motions set for hearing on that date is "not" necessary as there will be signs posted on the courtroom door in Dupage.

Local form, Debtor's Declaration Regarding Domestic Support Obligations, has also been revised.
This form is required in order for the debtor to obtain a Chapter 13 Discharge on a BAPCPA case. This certifies that the debtor has complied with § 1328(a) of the Bankruptcy Code. This certification must be filed AFTER the Chapter 13 trustee files the Notice of Completion of Plan Payments. In a joint case, each debtor must file a § 1328(a) certification.

In order to permit more time with family and friends, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois will be closed on Thursday, December 25, 2008 and Friday, December 26, 2008 in observance of Christmas Day and Thursday, January 1, 2009 and Friday, January 2, 2009 in observance of New Year's Day. Any matter previously set for December 26, 2008 is continued to December 29, 2008 and any matter previously set for January 2, 2009 is continued to January 5, 2009 or another date set by the judge presiding in the matter.

This is a minor change, made to section B, General provisions, under subsection 2(b).  The change requires the standing trustee to "File and" serve the notice described in this section.
The revised Model Plan must be used for all plans filed beginning on January 1, 2009.
