The NWCG Knowledge Management Program, under the direction of Penny Barrowcliff , Knowledge Manager, provides and maintains an NWCG IRM repository. The repository includes a reference library of NWCG project archives, enterprise models, standards, glossaries and guidelines.
The Knowledge Manager establishes repository standards and guidelines and works with projects, the IRM-PMO architects, and the business community to ensure appropriate documents and information are captured and deposited in the NWCG IRM repository.
The Knowledge Manager works with projects to ensure project documentation meets NWCG standards. The Knowledge Manager also coordinates with agency repository managers to ensure compatibility between the NWCG repository and agency repositories.
