Among past year users of heroin, 67.8 percent had dependence on or abuse of heroin.
Among past year users of cocaine, 27.8 percent had dependence on or abuse of cocaine.
Among past year users of marijuana, 17.6 percent had dependence on or abuse of marijuana.
Among past year users of sedatives, 17.4 percent had dependence on or abuse of sedatives.
Among past year users of stimulants, 16.1 percent had dependence on or abuse of stimulants.
Among past year users of pain relievers, 12.3 percent had dependence on or abuse of pain relievers.
Among past year users of alcohol, 11.9 percent had dependence on or abuse of alcohol.
Among past year users of hallucinogens, 11.6 percent had dependence on or abuse of hallucinogens.
Among past year users of tranquilizers, 11.3 percent had dependence on or abuse of tranquilizers.
Among past year users of inhalants, 10.3 percent had dependence on or abuse of inhalants.
