The Consumer Product Safety Commission, Office of General Counsel has a requirement to build a private searchable data base resulting in a comprehensive compilation of all legislative histories of the Consumer Product Safety Act (CPSA), Federal Hazards Substance Act (FHSA), Poison Prevention Packaging Act (PPA) and the Refrigerator Safety Act and all of the enactments and amendments made to those acts. Along with the acts, legislative history consisting of House & Senate Reports, Hearing Bills and Committee Prints and Congressional Debates and miscellaneous documents including media releases and executive department or agency reports. The NAICS code is 519120. The resultanting contract shall be a firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type of contract.
