What the SAGE Absolute Level Lister Can Do

The SAGE Absolute Level Lister breaks down the total number of tags in a single library into various expression levels from lowest to highest and lists the distinct tags in each expression level.

SAGE Library List

  • Click on the library to find library information.
  • Click on the "Total Tag" number to view the tag frequency distribution of the library.
  • SAGE library names describes the convention for naming SAGE libraries and explains the codes.
