Approximately 77 covered parking spaces in one location within a 1 block radius of 250 W. Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD. Court employees shall be able to park their own cars, keep their keys, and have unlimited in-and-out access at no additional cost 24 hours a day. The number of spaces needed may vary at times. Payment will be made on a monthly basis in the month prior to services rendered, based on the number of spaces utilized during the month billed for. We will require parking passes with an ID number of some type on each. Cards will be assigned only to the employees utilizing your services. We will provide a master list of all employees eligible to use your services as well as makes, models and tag numbers of any cars they might use (if required). For billing purposes, you will be notified immediately when additional/less spaces are needed.
