PR IQC08281009012. This solicitation will contain NSN 4250-01-394-0231, Recovery Unit, Refrigerant. Request for Proposal SPM4A6-09-R-0043, will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) under FAR 12. The award will be for 1 base year and 4 option years. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Approved sources are CAGE 14569 P/N RG5410HP and CAGE 3GLB3 P/N RG5410EX. The pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 60 EA. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 15 EA and applies to the base year only. Delivery is 47 days ARO. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP interrogation November 21, 2008. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. ABVS applies. Subcontracting plan is not required as the dollar value in FAR 19.7 has not been met. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Cost & Pricing data is not required as this is a commercial item. Progress Payments are not included as the conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met.
