Greek GLOBE Teachers Visit Germany, The Netherlands
Nineteen GLOBE Teachers from schools throughout Greece are beginning an expedition to The Netherlands and Germany at the end of October. Sponsored by the Greek Ministry of Education, the GLOBE teachers will meet with the German and Dutch GLOBE Country Coordinators. They will also visit GLOBE schools to meet their colleagues and see first-hand how GLOBE is progressing in those countries. The teachers will be accompanied by members of the GLOBE team from the University of Athens."We hope that this trip will be an excellent opportunity for our teachers to exchange their experiences about the Programme and develop ideas and plans for cooperation, common projects and activities with the schools in Germany and the Netherlands," says Dr. Constantinos Cartalis, the Greek GLOBE Country Coordinator.
