A seagull flies over the California Coastal National Monument which stretches along the entire coast of California and extends 12 miles into the Pacific Ocean.  The Monument includes 20,000 rocks, islands, pinnacles and reefs.

Dumont Dunes Technical Review Team (TRT)

On March 1, 2006, The Bureau of Land Management's (BLM) Barstow Field Office appointed eleven members to serve on Dumont Dunes Technical Review Team (TRT), which advises BLM on the collection, expenditure, and accountability of fees, and development of future facilities and services. This TRT was established at the request of the BLM Desert District Advisory Committee.
