Operating Procedures (GOP) for conducting the reviews which
explains their relationship with MFH and FHEO field staff.
- The
checklist
of pre-review activities, items to be observed and information
to be gathered on-site, and all items to be collected during the
course of the review to be ultimately forwarded to FHEO.
